The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience by providing exceptional service across various channels.

Starting Salary: $35,000-40,000

** Must live in the Atlanta GA area and be able to work in the office twice a week. **

What You'll Do:

• Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments for consultations with our business consultants
• Maintain accurate client records and update our CRM system
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the engagement process
• Research and resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently
• Prepare reports and maintain clear documentation
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company developments

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a fast learner of new technologies
• A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations
